Threads of Time
by Moonvamp
Blissfullness skewered by strength
the cacophany sirens
assault your essence
Vengeful dominance reigns supreme
binds you to the waves
of true obedience
Slap and sadism blind your senses
the crimson flow dampens
changing hue after hue
Drip, drip, drip the veins
dysfunction ruins the beauty
of equal power
The noises grow harsher and obscure
the fragile player limps
as the bellowing thickens
Images lose texture and light
abstract portrayals now run
within the beaten soul
Will the bird ever come home
take you afar from your worries
or leave you in utter shame?
Only the lucidity of your being

Batman Slave
by Moonvamp
Divine sarcasm springs from your mouth
A grand circus of facetious comments
Emitted from your pleasant lung breeze
It makes my voicebox smile with glee
When you cuddle your Homer Simpson;
Yellow enthralls your ripe, sight goggles
But then you drop him right to the side
Slowly rising with an utter craze
Discharging a mesmerizing joy
You yank out your utility belt
From your delectable denim jeans
Bountiful pockets packed with pencils
The reticent calm grows abundant
For I am mute with muddlement
As your smirk comes into fruition
Adam West appears in front of you
Replacing what used to be myself

For Candiice: Dear Enidri
Dear Enidri
by Moonvamp
Dear Enidri, my elegant being
How you're different from the rest
Fluffy cat ears with bonded earrings
And teeth that clamps at pickle pests
How I stare at your long, ruby hair
That flows gracefully in the breeze
As you sit on a grassland so fair
And gaze at the blue sky at ease
I walk towards you to sit by your side
You welcomed me in your embrace
It is rather long but so divine
Your stomach purifies my face
Your tail caresses my legs gently
My face blushes and you look at me
Your eyes hypnotize me so greatly
Their beauty like bright stars at sea
Your cool hands hold me in ecstacy
As your succulent
Gloomy Days
by Moonvamp
Strike the sky with misty clouds
that absorb absent light away
Let the fog flare out on ground
and lay seize to this peaceful day
Darkness shall grasp my one soul
and fill it with dreadful times past
Haunting memories come forth
and replenish the void long cast
Chorus:
Fill this heart with gloomy days
Sunshine isn't enough to fuel me
Caress my psyche wholly
Till my core consumes melancholy
Rain descend from your long slumber
and feed me your divine sorrow
Quench my thirst with your conscious
and purify the pavement below
Let the sadness sooth this wind
with calm tendencies and gorgeous grief

Artistic Onslaught
by Moonvamp
Lightening colored the sky
With its streak of illumination
Conflagration came forth
Ignited by the goddess drums
Dust mingled with the stars
Suffocating their radiant glow
The trees wept with anguish
Nature's being now slaughtered saint stumps
People lament their loss
As the storm now abates into clouds
Wreckage and wailing souls
God, thank you for this grand carnage
Look onto the lost By Moonvamp
I saw him there; the man on the filthy street,
digging through the repulsive garbage to gather
something to eat.
His eyes filled with morose emotions and failure,
while chewing through the vomit of a sailor.
His mouth filled with plague and decay,
while opening to savor the flavor of strays.
His clothes, ripped holes and specks of dust,
while he forgets the values of trust
His hair filled with dirt and lice,
like the fur of a horde of mice
His face filled with no hope or future, begging
for change to grab another bottle of liquor
I saw him there, the man on the filthy street
how I'm glad that I'm
Fall's Descent by Moonvamp
Leaves of amber, fall gently towards your
next destination.
Will the wind carry you home or cross
you, letting you fall.
Colors of autumn, shade of yellow
and vibrant read.
Will you influence their divine grace
while they fall.
Bark of timber; rough, dark brown edges
with elastic sap.
Will you mourn their slow departure
while they fall.
Snow of winter; wet crystals of delight
and tension.
Will you suffocate their pure essences
once you fall.
Leaves of amber; wrinkled and torn through
with huge holes
Will you die quickly or still sob over
your gracious fall.
Your delicate and gracious fall.
